Noah represents individuals and companies in high-stakes disputes. With an emphasis in employment law and related litigation, Noah has litigated hundreds of employment matters, including discrimination, trade secret, breach of contract, whistleblower, and wage and hour class/collective/representative actions.
In his previous practice, Noah garnered significant experience representing clients in the tech industry and has successfully defended several of the world’s largest software, hardware, and high-tech manufacturing companies in state and federal court and in arbitration. Noah also has substantial experience in post-trial and appellate matters, where he has obtained the reversal of adverse jury verdicts and the affirmance of summary judgment, JNOV, and new trial orders.
In addition to his litigation and counseling practice, Noah conducts independent workplace investigations across a wide range of industries.
